Rates Quoted are for 2 people per room. Rooms with 2 Full beds, each additional adult is subject to a $10 per night fee.
Holiday & Special event rates may be slightly higher.
Canadian Efficiency has a refrigerator & microwave, table & chairs.
2 Room Efficiency has one room with 2 Full beds, one room with 1 Full bed, with refrigerator, microwave & table and chairs.
Up to 2 children under 12 free if in same room as parents.

Reservations are commitments for the period requested. As we must honor reservations, we also require our guests to honor their commitments. One night deposit plus tax by check or money orders (for deposit only) will hold reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
Deposit is refunded if reservation is cancelled ten days prior to date of arrival. Less than 10 days notice will result in forforture of 1 night deposit plus tax per room.
No Refunds for early departures.
